La Folia baroque orchestra
The La Folia Baroque Orchestra was founded in 2007. Since then Robin Peter Müller has been artistic director and concert master of the Originalklang-Orchester.
As an orchestra that plays on historical instruments, it is committed to so-called historical performance practice . The La Folia Baroque Orchestra specializes in music from the 17th and 18th centuries . In addition to well-known works by Handel and Vivaldi , the main focus is on the music of the Dresden court with composers such as Antonio Lotti , Johann Adolph Hasse , Johann David Heinichen or Johann Georg Pisendel .
In the course of its career, the La Folia Barockorchester has worked with a number of renowned musicians, including Simone Kermes , Jan Vogler , Hille Perl , Giuliano Carmignola , Stefan Temmingh , Dorothee Oberlinger , Maurice Steger , Regula Mühlemann and Ramón Ortega Quero.
