The Lacanau is a river in France that runs in the Gironde department in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region . It rises in the north-eastern municipality of Le Barp , drains in an arc from northwest to southwest and flows into the Eyre as a right tributary after about 30 kilometers at the municipal boundary of Biganos and Mios . On its way, the Lacanau passes under the A63 and A660 autobahns .
