Lambert Strehlke

Lambert Strehlke (born 1984 ) is a German cameraman , photographer and video designer .

life and work

Strehlke was born in the southern Black Forest , worked for the Badische Zeitung , n-tv and RTL and subsequently completed a photographic training in Munich. From 2007 he studied theater and film studies , literature and art history in Munich. He then entered the professional film and advertising business as an assistant and cameraman. In 2007/08 the short film fear of heights was realized based on his idea, with its camera work and its editing. It played Mira Mazumdar and Max Alberti , it staged Matthias Lang . Since 2008 he has worked on a number of film and TV productions. He was posted to Mongolia, China and West Africa as a camera assistant and cameraman. In 2013 he was jointly responsible for the sound of the production Many Paths - One Goal , the production won the Intermedia Globe GOLD . At the 2015 Salzburg Festival he was responsible - together with Julian Krubasik - for the video design for Goethe's Clavigo , staged by Stefan Kimmig . The production was also shown in Zurich and at the Deutsches Theater Berlin in 2015 . In 2015, Strehlke was responsible for the live camera and video technology for the performance of the Maid of Orleans in Zurich.
