Career
societies
Sané made his Ligue 1 debut for Girondins Bordeaux in the 1-0 defeat by Olympique Lyon on December 13, 2009 .
In the 2016/17 season he moved to the German Bundesliga club Werder Bremen . On October 1, 2016, he scored his first Bundesliga goal in a 2-2 away game against Darmstadt 98 . In Bremen he was initially the undisputed regular player in central defense and played a large part of the games, although he was not always able to participate in team training because of knee problems.
In autumn 2017, Sané lost his regular place under the new coach Florian Kohfeldt to Miloš Veljković , whose better skills in building up the game suits Kohfeldt's play area. Sané, who needed regular missions to recommend himself for participation in the 2018 World Cup , then developed the desire to leave Werder Bremen. Initially, however, the club refused. At the end of January 2018, Sané did not appear for training without excuse and thus provoked his suspension.
On 20 February 2018 he finally joined the MLS - franchise Orlando City . After about two years in the USA, Sané moved to the Dutch Eredivisie for FC Utrecht in the 2019/20 season.
National team
2010 Sané was called up for the first time in the Senegalese national team . He did not take part in the Africa Cup of 2017 because of his knee problems.
