The state electoral district of Märkischer Kreis IV was a state electoral district in North Rhine-Westphalia that existed between 1980 and 2000. It included the cities of Menden (Sauerland) , Hemer , Balve and Neuenrade in the Märkisches Kreis and had the constituency number 151.

The constituency was dissolved for the 2005 state election . Since then, the cities have belonged to the Märkischer Kreis II constituency together with the city of Plettenberg . Before 1980 Balve was part of the constituency of Arnsberg . Hemer and parts of Menden belonged to the constituency Iserlohn City - Iserlohn-Land II , the rest of the city of Menden turn the constituency Iserlohn-Land I . Neuenrade was in the constituency Lüdenscheid I .
