Larry Romano

Lawrence John "Larry" Romano (born July 31, 1963 in Mount Vernon , New York ) is an American actor of Italian descent. In Germany he was best known for his role as Richie Iannucci in the hit series King of Queens , which he embodied during the first three seasons.

In addition to acting, Romano also made a name for himself as a singer, drummer and songwriter. He therefore also describes himself as a semi-professional actor.

His most famous appearances include King of Queens roles in the television series NYPD Blue and the film Donnie Brasco , in which he plays the son of Al Pacino's character.

In the film Bullet - an eye for an eye with Mickey Rourke , Romano plays the fence Frankie 'Eyelashes' .

  • Romano plays in two bands, Deficit and Eljay Are , both of which mix elements of rock, folk & R&B in style

  • The actor and comedian Ray Romano is not related to him.
  • In the 20th episode of the 2nd season of CSI: NY Romano played the brother of Danny Messer ( Carmine Giovinazzo ). In reality, the two are cousins.
