Lars Kokemüller
Lars Kokemüller , artist name Lars Henriks , (* 1991 in Wolfenbüttel ) is a German actor , director and musician .
Life
Beginnings and training
Kokemüller made his first steps in the medium of film as a child. At nine he won a sponsorship award at the German Youth Video Prize . He had participated with a fantasy film for which he had incorporated "normal everyday objects, toy figures and parts from fantasy games".
Kokemüller completed an acting training at the stage studio for the performing arts in Hamburg .
Career as an actor
From 2012 to 2013 he played the Slam Cabaret program in Alma Hoppe's Lustspielhaus and on numerous other cabaret stages throughout Germany.
Since 2012 he has played the castle intern Marcus in the Australian television series In Your Dreams - Summer of Your Life .
Activity as a director
In 2012, Lars Kokemüller wrote and staged the play DOKUSOAP 3000 at the Orange Theater in Hamburg's Karolinenviertel .
In 2011 he made the short films Utoya - Utopia and BAAL with the Radikal & Arrogant production group he founded . POWER. Abomination. , both of which premiered in the Rote Flora in February 2012 .
In 2013 he released his third short film, the provocateur , as well as his feature film debut Why Hans Wagner hates the starry sky . The latter has been included in the catalog of the Drop Out Cinema distributor.
In 2014, the feature film Emma hat Flügel , in which Kokemüller directed and played a leading role, celebrated its premiere at the 3001 cinema in Hamburg.
Other activities
Kokemüller was the singer in the electro punk band E123, which broke up in August 2016.
In 2013, he moderated the theater_slam series of events at Hamburg's spokesperson, in which actors and theater groups could compete against each other with short appearances.
Since 2014 he has organized the Obsessive Underground Festival , a film festival for no- and low-budget films, together with other independent filmmakers from Hamburg .
