Lascana is an international manufacturer and retailer of lingerie , swimwear and beachwear, founded in 2006 . The company belongs to the Otto Group and is headquartered in Hamburg.

Own and licensed brands are sold through own sales branches, shop-in-shop areas , online shops, mail order catalogs and wholesalers. Lascana is one of the most important multichannel providers in the German textile retail sector.

history

As a private label for lingerie the mail order company Otto was Lascana introduced in 2002 and over the catalog and online trade of gasoline sold. The brand has also included swimwear since 2005. In 2006 the first Lascana stores opened in Baden-Baden and Hamburg. Lascana has been running its own German online shop since 2008, publishes its own print catalogs for lingerie and swimwear and sells its products through wholesalers. In 2009 Lascana also began managing shop-in-shop sales areas in department stores and fashion stores in Germany and Europe.

Lascana has been operating its own online shops in Austria, Switzerland, Great Britain, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia since 2015, and in the Netherlands and the USA since 2017.

In 2015, 2016 and 2017 the company's German online shop received the “Top Online Shop” seal issued by Deutschland Test .

In 2017, model Hana Nitsche was the brand ambassador for the Lascana collection. Previous campaign faces included Sara Nuru , Jana Ina Zarrella , Erin Heatherton , Ann-Kathrin Brömmel , Kenya Kinski-Jones and Angelina Kirsch .

The umbrella brand Lascana - It's a woman's world includes a range of lingerie, lingerie, nightwear, sportswear and sportswear, swimwear and beachwear for women with own and licensed brands, as well as licensed brands in the areas of lingerie, nightwear and swimwear for men. In addition to the Lascana brand itself, Lascana owns the own brands Vivance (decorative lingerie), Nuance (functional underwear), petite fleur (nightwear), beach time (beachwear) and Active by Lascana (sports collection, since 2018). Lascana produces and sells the brands s.Oliver , Bench , Jette , Venice Beach , Sunseeker Australia , Kangaroos and Buffalo under license .

Sales outlets

Lascana operates a multichannel distribution that includes the Lascana stores, shop-in-shops, the online shop and the Lascana catalogs.

Lascana runs 25 of its own branch stores and outlets in Germany. Across Germany and Europe (as of January 2018) there are more than 900 shop-in-shop sales points designed and managed by Lascana in department stores and fashion stores such as Karstadt , Wöhrl , SinnLeffers or Dodenhof .

In 2017, Lascana opened a seasonal pop-up store for swimwear for the first time in a Karstadt store in Frankfurt (Beach Shop powered by Lascana). Three additional pop-up stores in Berlin, Leipzig and Düsseldorf have been announced for the 2018 summer season.

The company's products are sold through wholesalers in the USA, Great Britain, France, Portugal, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Slovenia, Croatia, the Czech Republic and Russia. Lascana operates online shops in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Great Britain, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, the Netherlands and the USA.
