course
Laughery Creek rises just south of Napoleon in Ripley County and initially flows north to the confluence of Tub Creek . From here he takes an easterly course to the mouth of Little Laughery Creek . It now meanders to the south, mostly accompanied by a forest fringe and is dammed near Versailles in Versailles State Park to Versailles Lake . It leaves the reservoir again and flows mainly in an easterly direction to the confluence with the Ohio River south of Aurora. On this last section, it forms the boundary between Ohio and Dearborn Counties .
