Laura Krack

Laura Krack is a German costume designer .

Life

After training as a bespoke tailor, Laura Krack studied fashion and costume design at the University of Design in Pforzheim . She then worked as a design assistant and pattern maker in Vienna and Paris . From 2012 she was a costume assistant at the Schauspiel Frankfurt , where she took part in productions by Falk Richter , Michael Thalheimer and René Pollesch , among others . Since 2014 she has been realizing her own work at Schauspiel Frankfurt and other theaters, including Helden directed by Mizgin Bilmen , Angst by Stefan Zweig directed by Johanna Wehner and Die Blechtrommel (directed by Oliver Reese ). She also created the costumes for the production of The Children Stay, based on short stories by Alice Munro at the Hessian State Theater Wiesbaden .
