Laurence Bily (born May 5, 1963 in Bressuire ) is a former French athlete who specialized in the 100-meter run .

At the European Athletics Championships in Athens in 1982, Bily won the bronze medal as a starting runner in the 4 x 100 meter relay together with Marie-Christine Cazier , Rose-Aimée Bacoul and Liliane Gaschet . She finished sixth in the 100-meter run. She just missed another European Championship medal in Stuttgart in 1986 when she finished fourth in the relay.

Both at the World Athletics Championships in Rome in 1987 and at the 1988 Olympic Games in Seoul, Bily reached seventh place in the relay. In 1988 and 1989 she became vice European champion in the indoor 60-meter run . At the World Athletics Championships in 1991 in Tokyo Bily was fifth with the relay and fourth at the 1992 Olympic Games in Barcelona.

Laurence Bily is 1.68 m tall and had a competition weight of 58 kg. She started for the Racing Club de France . After the end of her active career, she worked as a trainer for the French Athletics Federation.
