Lauter Werder is a music album by various musicians for the 120th anniversary of Werder Bremen . It was released in 2019 under the Fuego label .

History of origin

Werder Bremen celebrates its 120th birthday on February 4, 2019. For this, Werder produced the album Lauter Werder with songs by 14 well-known artists and 5 newcomers from a band contest. The album was released as a double vinyl limited to 1899 copies, on CD and as a download. All proceeds from the album go to Bremen junior and SPIELRAUM projects of the Werder Foundation and the Musikszene Bremen e. V. benefit.

Publications and chart successes

The album Lauter Werder entered the German iTunes charts at number 2 on the day of its release.

reception

The Deichstube in cooperation with the Kreiszeitung media group rates the album "like an average Werder season: not a little misery, a lot of average and a few highlights".

The Mein Werder editorial team, part of the Weser Kurier , rated seven of the 21 songs on the album in more detail in their review of “Lauter Werder”.
