Le Domaine-du-Roy is a regional county municipality ( French municipalité régionale de comté, MRC ) in the Canadian province of Québec .

It is located in the administrative region of Saguenay – Lac-Saint-Jean and consists of ten subordinate administrative units (two cities, five municipalities, a village, a district and a municipality-free area). The MRC was founded on January 1, 1983. The main town is Roberval . The population is 31,573 and the area 17,400.3 km², which corresponds to a population density of 1.8 inhabitants per km².

The Mashteuiatsh Indian reservation is also located on the territory of the MRC Le Domaine-du-Roy , but it is managed autonomously and forms an enclave.
