Lee Won-jae ( kor. 이원재 ; born February 24, 1986 ) is a South Korean football player .

Career

Lee Won-jae learned to play football at Pohang Jecheol Technical High School in Pohang . He signed his first contract in 2005 with the Pohang Steelers , a club that played in the country's top division, the K League . In 2008 he moved to league competitor Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors , also a club from the K-League. About Ulsan Hyundai , for whom he ran from 2009 to 2010, he came back to his first club Pohang Steelers in 2010. From 2013 to 2014 he played for Ansan Police. The club's players include South Korean professional footballers who are doing their two-year military service. After completing his military service, he went to the second division Daegu FC . After just one year, he moved to league rivals Gyeongnam FC , a club based in Gyeongsangnam-do . He signed his first contract abroad in 2017 in Bahrain . Here he played 13 times for the Manama Club , a club from the capital Manama . In 2018 he went to Thailand and joined the first division club Nakhon Ratchasima FC . For the club from Nakhon Ratchasima | Korat he completed 53 top division games. In 2020 he moved to Indonesia . Here he signed a contract with Bhayangkara FC in Jakarta . With the club he plays in the highest league in the country, League 1 .
