Lehmke is part of the Wrestedt community in the Uelzen district in Lower Saxony . The place was first mentioned in 1227 in a document from the Ebstorf monastery .

Attractions
The Protestant Church of St. Dionysius is a single - nave neo-Gothic brick building from 1898. The large carved altar dates from the middle of the 15th century; In 1890 it was restored with minor additions. The organ from 1897 comes from the organ building company P. Furtwängler & Hammer .
