The Frankfurt detective chief miner , played by Heinz Treuke (in the first episode) and Lutz Moik (in two more episodes), is a fictional character from the ARD -Krimireihe crime scene . He is the only lead investigator in the crime scene story to have been played by various actors. The Hessischer Rundfunk was the leading broadcaster.

The first Zurich fruit case , in which Heinz Treuke was seen as a miner, reached the third highest number of viewers of all Tatort episodes broadcast so far, with 24.91 million viewers when it was first broadcast. Lutz Moik embodied the chief detective Bergmann in two further episodes.

Kriminalhauptkommissar Bergmann, played by Heinz Treuke (in the first episode) and Lutz Moik (in two more episodes), is a calm and cautious police officer who can also be energetic. He works quite firmly on his cases and his investigations. Bergmann himself prefers to stay in the office; for matters outside the office, he tries his colleagues. He is very true to the line and quite cautious in traffic with his Opel Rekord. He occasionally takes snuff to solidify his deep thoughts. He also tends to be ironic .
