The Dickopsbach is a 10.4 km long left tributary of the Rhine in the North Rhine-Westphalian Wesseling , Germany . In the upper reaches the brook Lenterbach and Geildorfer Bach are called. The brook forms in parts the border between the Schwadorf district of Brühl and the Merten district of Bornheim and between Wesseling and the Bornheim district of Sechtem .

The Dickopsbach rises in Phantasialand south of Brühl at an altitude of 117 m above sea level. NHN in the natural area 552.10 Lignite Ville . Flowing primarily in an easterly direction, the stream first flows through the Badorf districts of Eckdorf and Geildorf before it crosses under the 553 motorway . Then it crosses Schwadorf and flows to Wesseling , where it is 48 m above sea level. NHN flows into the Rhine on the left . From the height difference of about 69 meters, an average bed gradient of 6.6 ‰ is calculated.
