The villa was built in 1913 . The client was the grand ducal auditor Emil Schlitt. Stylistically, the building belongs to neoclassicism .
Typical of the classicist style are the cube-like house shape and the gently sloping tent roof with a beaver tail covering . This architectural style also includes the axially symmetrical veranda facing south with a glazed loggia on the upper floor . The two-storey winter garden on the north side is also arranged symmetrically. The continuous cornices also have a classicistic effect ; separate the ground floor and first floor from each other.

The historic wrought iron fence is well preserved . The initials "ES" (= Emil Schlitt) on the garden gate document the owner.
