Leo Ōsaki ( Japanese 大 崎 玲 央 ; born July 8, 1991 in Tokyo , Tokyo Prefecture ) is a Japanese football player .

Career

Leo Ōsaki learned to play football in the university team of Toin University of Yokohama in Yokohama . He signed his first contract with the Carolina RailHawks in 2014 . The club from Cary , a city in the state of North Carolina in the United States , played in the North American Soccer League . He made his professional debut on July 13, 2014 when he lost 2-1 to Indy Eleven . In 2016 he went back to his homeland and signed a contract with the Japanese second division club Yokohama FC in Yokohama. For Yokohama he completed 31 second division games. League competitor Tokushima Vortis from Tokushima signed him in 2017. Up until mid-July 2018, he was on the field 44 times for Vortis. In July 2018 he signed a contract with the first division club Vissel Kobe in Kobe . With Kobe he won the Emperor's Cup in 2019 . In the final, they defeated the Kashima Antlers 2-0. He won the Japanese Supercup with Vissel in early 2020. Here they defeated the Yokohama F. Marinos , the champions of 2019 , in the final .
