Li Jianguo ( Chinese  李建国 ; born April 1946 in Juancheng , Shandong ) is a Chinese politician of the Communist Party of China (CCP) who was vice-chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress between 2008 and 2018 and a member of the Politburo from 2012 to 2017 the Chinese Communist Party was.
