Zhang Gaoli

Zhang Gaoli ( Chinese  张高丽 , Pinyin Zhāng Gāolí ); * November 1946 in Jinjiang, Fujian Province is a Chinese communist politician.

Career

Zhang has been a member of the Political Bureau of the Chinese Communist Party since 2007 . Since November 2012 he has been a member of the Standing Committee of the Politburo and since 2013 Vice Prime Minister of the State Council of the People's Republic of China .

Zhang is a graduate from Xiamen University . After working in Guangdong and Shandong Provinces , Zhang was secretary of the CCP's Party Committee in Tianjin City from 2007 to November 2012 .
