Lich-Steinstrasse is a place of residence and district of Jülich in the district of Düren in North Rhine-Westphalia .

The place was created from 1981 by relocating the double place Lich-Steinstrasse , which was on the northeastern edge of the Hambach opencast mine .

The relocation to the new location in Lich-Steinstrasse in the east of the city of Jülich took place between 1981 and 1991. The place merges seamlessly into Jülich with the development.
