action

On vacation, Arnaud, a gentle carpenter, meets Madeleine, an unruly young woman who believes in the end of the world. She tries to prepare for the end of the world with hard training. Since Arnaud would like to get closer to her, he takes part in an army survival program with her. Madeleine is disappointed with the program and unwilling to simply bend to the rules. When the program participants are divided into groups to go on a hike lasting several days, the situation escalates. When the question about the group's coordinates is asked over the radio, Madeleine Arnaud, who heads the group, snatches the map and knocks him to the ground. Arnaud then leaves the group and the program. Madeleine follows him and the two make up.

Determined not to go back, they now try to survive in the forest on their own. They can solve the initial problems and get closer. However, after Madeleine consumed self-caught game, she vomited several times and fell ill. Arnaud then carries her to the next village. It turns out that the village has been evacuated due to a forest fire. The two can be rescued shortly before the fire reaches the village and awaken in the hospital. Madeleine's beliefs remain unbroken.
