Liesingtal is a place and as Liesingthal a cadastral municipality in the market town of Sankt Michael in Upper Styria in the Leoben district , Styria .
The village is located in the Liesingtal , a side valley of the Mur valley west of Leoben. On January 1, 2020, 1795 residents lived in the village. The Aiching settlement southeast of Liesingtal also belongs to the village .
