Liga Asobal 2010/11

The ASOBAL league is the top division in Spanish handball . The 2010/2011 season of the ASOBAL league is the 51st in its history. Ciudad Real was the defending champion who won their 5th title the previous season. The season started on Saturday, September 11th, 2010 and ended on Saturday, May 21st, 2011. The league leader after the 30th matchday was automatically Spanish champions 2011. A total of 16 teams fought for the championship, 14 of them already in the 2009/10 season, and two of them were promoted from the División de Honor B.
