Liga Asobal 2007/08

The ASOBAL league is the top division in Spanish handball . The 2007/2008 season of the ASOBAL league was the 48th in its history. Ciudad Real was the defending champion who had won their 2nd title the previous season. The season began on Saturday, September 15, 2007 and ended on Saturday, May 14, 2008. The leader of the league after the 30th matchday was automatically the 2008 Spanish champions. A total of 16 teams fought for the championship, 14 of which were already in the season 2006/07 had competed, and two of which had been promoted from the División de Honor B.
