Career

Boosie Badazz is under contract with the label Trill Entertainment , which was founded by Pimp C.

In summer 2003 he brought out the album “Ghetto Stories” with his label colleague Webbie . A year later, the same duo released the album Gangsta Musik . His first album Bad Azz was released on October 23, 2006. Survival of the Fittest , the mixtape with his label colleagues Webbie, Foxx and Trill Fam, was released in May 2007.

In the fall of 2009, Boosie was sentenced to ten years in prison. The sentence was for cannabis and illegal weapon possession and was suspended after ten months in prison, with a suspended sentence of two to five years. During his probationary period, the rapper is not allowed to commit a criminal offense and is also subjected to regular drug tests.

Boosie was charged with premeditated murder but was found not guilty on May 11, 2012. In a separate trial in which he was accused of smuggling large quantities of marijuana, pills and cocaine into prison, he pleaded guilty and was sentenced to eight years in prison.
