The Lingti is a 55 km long left tributary of the Spiti in the state of Himachal Pradesh in northwest India .

The meaning of Lingti corresponds to "tool that cuts the rock".

The mountain river arises on the glaciated northeast side of the Lhakang . From there it flows over a length of 20 km through a valley flanked by 6000 m high mountain ridges in a south-easterly direction. Then the Lingti meets the Chaksachan Lungpa , which has its headwaters on the Gya , and turns to the southwest. After a further twelve kilometers, the Syarma Nala joins the Lingti on the right. This reaches the hospital after another 22 km . The confluence of the Lingti with the Spiti River is 15 km south of Kaza . 2.5 km below the mouth of the Lingti, the Pin meets the Spiti when coming from the west.
