Lior Refaelov (born April 26, 1986 in Or Akiva , Haifa district ) is an Israeli soccer player who is currently under contract with the Belgian first division Royal Antwerp .

Lior Refaelov played for the Israeli first division club Maccabi Haifa from 2004 to 2011 . During this time he won four championships with his team. In the 2010/11 season he was also able to achieve his best goal rate with eleven goals in twenty-seven league games and was named Israel's Footballer of the Year for his good performance .

On June 20, 2011, the Belgian first division club Club Bruges signed him . With the club he was able to celebrate the championship in 2016 and 2018 and the cup victory in 2015.

For the 2018/19 season he was awarded to league rivals Royal Antwerp . As early as January 2019, his final move with the end of the loan to Royal Antwerp was agreed.

National team

Lior Refaelov made his debut for the national team of Israel on August 22, 2007 in a friendly against Belarus . Up until his last nomination in 2017, he had played 40 international matches and scored six goals.
