List of architectural monuments in Neustadt am Main
The monuments of the Lower Franconian community of Neustadt am Main are compiled on this page . This table is a partial list of the list of architectural monuments in Bavaria . The basis is the Bavarian Monument List , which was first drawn up on the basis of the Bavarian Monument Protection Act of October 1, 1973 and has since been managed by the Bavarian State Office for Monument Preservation . The following information does not replace the legally binding information from the monument protection authority. The list reflects the update status from September 4, 2014 and contains 30 architectural monuments.

Former Benedictine monastery
- Former Benedictine abbey church, now Catholic parish church of St. Michael and St. Gertrudis ( Lage ), cruciform, three-aisled basilica with a round apse and two east towers with gables and tent roofs, quarry stone masonry with sandstone structures, Romanesque core, 1st half of the 12th century, sacristy extension, post-Gothic, 1st quarter of the 17th century, fire in 1857, modified neo-Romanesque reconstruction on partially preserved wall remnants according to plans by Heinrich Hübsch 1858–1875; with equipment
- Former chapel of St. Peter and Paul ( Lage ), preserved crossing arches and parts of the north nave wall of a formerly cross-shaped hall church with round apses and crossing tower, 1st half of the 12th century, partial demolition in 1841, saddle roof 19/20. Century
- Former cloister ( location ), angled walling with arched arcades over columns and pillars, Romanesque, 2nd third of the 12th century, reconstruction in 1971
- Portal, from the former cloister building ( location ), arched opening with pilaster frame and blown gable, mannerism, 1st quarter 17th century, reinstallation 1960–62
- Wappenstein, Julius Echter coat of arms with crest from the former cloister building, sandstone, 1st quarter of 17th century, reinstalled 1960–62
- Chancellery building ( location ), elongated two-storey saddle roof building over high basement, plaster masonry with drilled sandstone frames and coat of arms stone, 1717, probably older in the core
- Viewing terrace with outside staircase and balustrade and adjoining garden wall, sandstone, baroque, 18th century.
- Inscription stones, arch stones, sandstone, rebuilt in the historicizing new buildings. 1719 u. 1738
- Fountain ( location ), octagonal well frame in relief over a base plate as well as well pillars with masks and crowning figure of St. John Nepomuk, Rococo, mid-18th century.
- Abbot's summer house ( location ), two-storey hipped roof building with outside staircase, 1734, 19th century addition.
- Monastery wall ( location ) and adjacent wall remnants, quarry stone wall preserved over a length of 2/3 with a round arched gate entrance and gate ( location ) (referred to 1717) as well as gate with St. Michael, 18th century, probably medieval in essence
- War memorial ( location ) with an aedicle-like plaque for 1914–18 and four steles, sandstone
