Lichterfelder Allee

Villa garden of the former Villa Sabersky It is a 1.5 hectare facility between Lichterfelder Chaussee and Roseggerstraße around the former Seehof estate. The royal court gardener Theodor II. Nietner published a plan for the design of the site in 1880, which belonged to the industrialist and large landowner Max Sabersky . In 2011 the now forest-like area, overgrown by tall trees, was placed under monument protection. The Sabersky heirs are planning a partial development of the site and doubt that Nietner's plans were ever realized. In November 2017 the park was deleted from the list of monuments.
