In the list of architectural monuments in Schwielowsee , all architectural monuments of the Brandenburg community Schwielowsee and its districts are listed. Caputh

Caputh is located on the southern bank of the Havel, about 7 kilometers from Potsdam. In the north are the Templiner See and Schwielowsee. Since 18./19. In the 19th century the place was expanded. From the beginning of the 20th century, villas were built on the hillside and waterfront properties.

Cable ferry "Tussy I" The ferry was put into service in 1942 and decommissioned in 1998, from then on the Tussy II ferry took over ferry operations. The ferry was built at the Wiemann shipyard in Brandenburg an der Havel. The ferry had a carrying capacity of 21.3 tons or 215 people with a length of 17.40 meters, a width of 5.75 meters and a height of 1.08 meters.

Ferch

Frech 117 was mentioned for the first time. This year, Margrave Waldemar handed over the waters between Potsdam and Ferch to Lehnin Monastery . The name Ferch comes from the Polish and means height, elevation. Ferch became an artists' village at the end of the 19th century, Karl Hagemeister and Carl Schuch are examples of artists who worked here.

Geltow

Geltow was first mentioned in a document in 993. At that time, Geltow came with Potsdam through a gift from Otto III. to the Abbey of Quedlinburg. From 1844 to 1893 Gelow was shaped by the state tree nursery. Lennè founded this state tree nursery . The nursery supplied the royal gardens with trees and shrubs. After the state tree nursery was closed, fruit growing became the main occupation in Geltow. At the beginning of the 20th century, artists visited Geltow, for example Marie Goslich .
