The list of entries on the National Register of Historic Places in Worcester County , Massachusetts lists all structures, National Historic Landmarks and Historic Districts in Bristol County that have been placed on the National Register of Historic Places .

Due to the large number of existing entries, all entries north of Massachusetts Route 2 have been moved to a separate list . There are also separate lists for the cities of Southbridge and Uxbridge :
