The list of territorial changes in Saxony-Anhalt from 1995 to 1997 contains changes to the municipal areas of the state of Saxony-Anhalt in the period from January 1, 1995 to December 31, 1997. These include, among other things, mergers and separations of municipalities, incorporation of municipalities into one other, changes in the name of the parish and reclassifications from parts of one parish to another.
