The list of territorial changes in Saxony-Anhalt 2001 contains changes to municipal areas of the State of Saxony-Anhalt in the period from January 1, 2001 to December 31, 2001. These include, among other things, mergers and separations of municipalities, integration of municipalities into another, Changes in the parish name and reclassifications from parts of one parish to another.

- District: District of the municipality after the change of area
