The monument value of the named parts of the manor is mainly derived from the local historical value. Due to its demanding architectural training and its authenticity, the manor house is also of importance in terms of architecture and building history. (LFD / 2011.)

around 1700 Old half-timbered construction with head struts, of architectural and local historical value.

Cottage, built around 1700, later rebuilt. Two-storey half-timbered building with a massive ground floor (presumably driven under). In some cases, construction elements of an older half-timbered construction have been preserved, such as foot and head struts. Some of the formerly much smaller window openings, now filled with clay, are still clearly visible. This house is completed by a steep pitched roof. As one of the oldest preserved half-timbered houses in the town, this building is of great importance in terms of the local history and the history of the building. (LFD / 2011.)
