Stable house of a farm Zollschwitz 3
(map)
around 1800 Image-defining building, largely in its original condition, of architectural and socio-historical value.

Presumably built in the 18th century residential stable of a large farm, which only remains in ruins. Two-storey building with a rectangular floor plan with a solid ground floor and clad half-timbered upper floor. Finished with a high gable roof. Some window openings were subsequently closed on the first and second floors. The very small window openings on the upper floor, which are located directly below the eaves, indicate that the building is very old. Despite minor structural changes, this building impresses with its authenticity, from which the structural and socio-historical value of the stable house is derived. (LFD / 2011.)
