Formerly Mildehof eV, flood-damaged in 2002, two floors, two entrances with basket arch portals made of Rochlitz porphyry tuff (marked 1818), crooked hip roof, unfortunate renovation, pigeon house today on the site of the Leithenmühle in Brösen, Brösen 38. Half-timbered structure on the upper floor probably only partially preserved.

Two storeys, massive ground floor, winter window (2011) with wooden shutters on the ground floor, corner ashlar plaster, cladding made of Rochlitz porphyry tuff, upper floor half-timbered with clay pegs and tenon struts, door portal with horizontal beams, hip roof with beaver tail double covering.
