Road bridge scale
|
The Lauenburg master mason Basedow built these carter scales in 1914 . By comparing the weight before and after loading the car with coal , the actual weight of the delivery could be determined. A local scout sworn by the city carried out this work. The scale was in operation until the 1960 / 70s, after which a scale built by the Raiffeisenbank in the industrial area took over the weight determination.
