Residential stable house, barn and side building of a three-sided courtyard Naundorf 1
(map)
Mid 19th century Closed preserved farm of architectural and socio-historical importance.

Four-sided courtyard that has been preserved closed, consisting of the stable house, the barn and two side buildings, presumably residential and farm buildings from the 19th century. Solid residential stable, gray plaster, belt cornice and window frames, plaster strips or plaster flasks, flat pitched gable roof. Large half-timbered barn with sliding gates and a gable roof. On both sides of the barn there is a side building with a similar design to the stable house, one single-story, the other two-story. The courtyard has been preserved authentically. The buildings exemplarily document rural building in the 19th century, from which their architectural historical value is derived. At the same time, they also illustrate the living and working conditions on a farm in the 19th century, so that they are also of social historical importance. (LFD / 2011.)

  • Stable house: solid ground floor, upper floor in parts half-timbered, saddle roof, barn: half-timbered, saddle roof
  • Side building: two-storey, massive, gable roof

Residential building Naundorf 8b
(map)
1st half of the 19th century Unusual for the district, massive house in good original condition.

Residential house, possibly originally a poor house or village school, built around 1840. Single storey, well proportioned quarry stone building. Window and door frames with Rochlitz porphyry tuff. Completion through a high, hipped roof. The house has been preserved in a very good original condition and impressively documents the building trade at the time it was built, from which the significance of the building history is derived. The presumed purpose of the house is the reason for its historical significance. (LFD / 2011.)

(map)
re. 1803 (stable house); re. 1803 (farm) Largely original buildings in half-timbered construction typical of the landscape of architectural and socio-historical importance.
  • Stable house: solid ground floor, upper floor half-timbered, original window frames, original door frame, saddle roof
  • Barn: half-timbered, partly clad with wood, gable roof

As authentically preserved rural residential and farm buildings, both buildings document the building trade at the time they were built as well as the living and economic conditions of a small farm from the 19th century, from which the architectural and socio-historical importance of the buildings is derived.
