List of natural monuments in Regensburg
The list of natural monuments in Regensburg contains all of the existing natural monuments maintained by the city of Regensburg (as of December 12, 2012). In the city of Regensburg, since the Reich Nature Conservation Act came into force in 1935, a total of 57 individual trees or tree ensembles or other individual creations of nature have been declared natural monuments. The natural monuments listed below with their original, consecutive numbering still exist today. According to Article 28 of the Federal Nature Conservation Act, natural monuments are individual creations of nature or areas of up to 5 hawhose special protection is necessary for scientific, natural history or cultural reasons or because of their rarity, individuality or beauty.
