This list outlines the Prime Minister (Engl. Premier ) of the Canadian territory of Nunavut since its creation on April 1, 1999.

The model of consensus democracy was introduced in Nunavut . The territory has a unicameral parliament, the members of which are representatives of their communities and not the political parties. The territorial government with the prime minister and seven other ministers is determined by the deputies in a secret ballot from their ranks.

Prior to 1999, Nunavut was part of the Northwest Territories .
