List of investigative committees of the Schleswig-Holstein Landtag

The list of investigative committees of the Schleswig-Holstein Landtag includes the investigative committees that the Landtag Schleswig-Holstein has set up since the beginning of the 1st electoral period (1947). There were two state parliaments in Schleswig-Holstein before the first electoral term. However, these were designated by the British military government as so-called appointed state parliaments and used to control the state government. As a result, they were not elected and should not be included in the list below.

The Landtag Schleswig-Holstein has the right according to Art. 24 of the constitution of the Land Schleswig-Holstein to set up a committee of inquiry. A committee of inquiry is required to be set up if one fifth of its members apply. The appointment is made by resolution.
