The east of Großriedenthal beneath the church preferred parsonage was begun after demolition of the previous building in 1765, designed by Matthias Gerls and completed by Johann Reitmayer 1767th The late baroque building has two storeys, a hipped roof, a plastered stone ashlar, two corresponding portals on the street and courtyard side with offset round arches, aediculas and oval skylight windows, which are marked with the abbot's insignia "VA", and a round-arched courtyard gate under a tail gable. The hallway and the ground floor have barrel vaults with stitch caps. On the upper floor there are remains of late Baroque wall paintings - with depictions of a chinoiserie and a flower vase - in illusionistic frames from around 1780.

The parish church of St. Lorenz is a medieval, early classicist church that was built from 1768–1771 by master mason Johann Reitmayer according to plans by Matthias Gerl. The nave has a hipped roof, a vertical plaster structure and rounded corners. It is accessible in the east through a basket arch portal with a studded iron door. The front is pierced by flat arched windows on the sides. In the west there is a smaller choir. The west tower, which is essentially medieval, has plastered stone blocks on the ground floor and a walled-up segment arch portal. Corner pilaster strips can be seen on both upper floors. The tower is crowned by a pointed onion helmet. On the north side of the choir is a sacristy with a pent roof.

The baroque sandstone wayside shrine on the road between Großriedenthal and Hohenwart is interpreted as a Pestmarterl due to the foundation year 1661. On the beveled shaft rests a shoulder piece with flat, arched niches which, apart from the year of the foundation, have no further engravings. The upper end is formed by a pointed stone roof resting on a roof plate with a wrought iron patriarchal cross.

On the Anger von Neudegg rises a north-facing, late Baroque local chapel, built towards the end of the 18th century. It has a rectangular floor plan with rounded corners and is structured by pilasters and cranked cornices. Its roof turret is crowned by arched sound windows and an onion helmet. Inside there is an oval room with a flat dome, which is divided by double pilasters. The Holy Trinity is depicted on a wall painting from the mid-20th century. The stained glass windows with representations of St. Leopold and Wendelin, are labeled 1947. Additional features include a baroque crucifix and a baroque chandelier angel.

The branch church hl. Ulrich is a baroque, high-proportioned hall building from 1704 with a recessed, round closed choir in the north and a four-storey tower in the east. The pilaster-structured nave is opened through lunette windows. The southern entrance facade is structured by pilasters and has a trapezoidal two-zone gable. The tower has a plaster band structure and arched sound windows. It is crowned by clock gables and an onion helmet.
