The castle on Schulplatz is a two-wing, two-story complex from the first half of the 17th century with a gable roof and a round corner tower in the southwest. It was probably built on the site of a castle mentioned in a document in 1160 . In the south and west, the façade shows a simple structure of the fascia . On the courtyard side, a small bay window rises on consoles in the south. The building has rectangular windows with stone walls and flat arch portals. In the west it is accessible through two arched portals. In the south-western corner there is a two-storey, four-axle extension with a monopitch roof and arched windows on the narrow side. The three-storey corner tower is crowned by a conical roof. It is opened on the ground floor through rectangular windows, above which are round-arched and transversely oval windows. Some of the interiors have groin vaults on the ground floor in the south wing. In the west wing there are lancet vaults divided by belt arches.

Located on a hill in the east of Fels am Wagram, the parish church of St. Margaretha was rebuilt in 1963 by Johann Petermair while retaining the Gothic parts . The previous Gothic building was rebuilt in early Baroque style in 1697 and had to be demolished in 1962 due to its disrepair except for the choir and the tower. The new building is essentially a reconstruction of the baroque church in the south and in the west. A generous extension was also created on the north side, which now lies under a shared gable roof with the north chapel.

Its square shaft has recessed fields with four different flower and cross motifs each. Above the shaft there is a tabernacle with flat recessed arched niches and an inscription. The inscription "1696" is attributed to a restoration error; in fact, the monument was probably erected in 1656.
