The church was built at the beginning of the 18th century, redesigned in 1740, expanded in 1753 and rebuilt in 1803 while retaining the tower. A retracted polygonal choir with a sacristy extension at the front adjoins the four-bay nave. The interior has a flat barrel vault with stitch caps and a double gallery. The ceiling frescoes with scenes from the life of St. Martin and depictions of saints were created in 1806 by Karl Selb and Josef Anton Selb . In 1872/1882 these were surrounded by Johann Kärle with rich decorative stencil painting . |
