Like almost all Lechtal churches, the von Bach one stands safely on a rock above the floods of the Lech. The classicist building was erected in 1790–1792 in place of a chapel documented in 1668, restored after an earthquake in 1865 and repainted by Johann Kärle . The interior of the church was renovated from 1992 to 1993 and returned to its baroque state. Thereby creating Wolfram Köberl new frescoes in a baroque-style.

The chapel, which stands in a clearing surrounded by the forest, was built in 1962 instead of a previous building from 1870/1880. The two-bay chapel with a polygonal choir and shingled gable turret with a tent roof has a flat-roofed interior with a fresco by Ernst Degn .

The single-bay chapel with a gable roof, polygonal choir and hexagonal, wooden roof turret with onion dome was built in 1668 and expanded in 1733. The flat interior has a delicate stucco decoration.

The two-story building with a gable roof was built in the first half of the 20th century. The facade paintings with the Marien medallion, school children, coats of arms and a sundial were created by Toni Kirchmayr around 1956 . The rooms inside are provided with flat ridge vaults and belt arches.

The chapel shrine on the edge of Lechtalstrasse was built in the second half of the 19th century. In the barred arched niche there is a representation of the miraculous image of La Salette . The tall chestnut trees on both sides of the chapel had to be felled when the road was widened.

The Marienkapelle with a two-bay prayer room, a choir with a three-eighth closure and a bell ridge was built in 1732. The altar painting of the Assumption into Heaven and Coronation of Mary dates from the middle of the 18th century.

Note: From the Sulzlbach onwards, the church belongs to Holzgau , the old mother parish.

The core of the early Baroque church was expanded and redesigned in 1770 and renovated in 2001–2009. The three-bay building with a steep gable roof made of larch shingles, a polygonal closed choir and a slender south tower with a high gable spire is accentuated on the edges of the wall by means of bright local stone painting. The wide hall with rounded corners on the choir side, flat barrel vaults and a double gallery above pillars is adorned with late Baroque ceiling paintings attributed to Josef Anton Schuler. The cemetery west of the church was laid out at the end of the 18th century and expanded in the 1970s. The war memorial created in 1963 with colored glass paintings by Elmar Kopp is integrated into the southern cemetery wall .

The two-storey, transversely divided courtyard with a gable roof dates from the 19th century. The residential part is made of cement, the economic part consists of a brick stable and in block and frame construction timbered Heulege.

Note: Since there has been no curate for a long time, the house is rented. The outside of the building was renovated in September 2011.

On the old bridge from 1932, the baroque, unmounted wooden figure from the 19th century stood in the middle exactly on the municipality boundary between Bach and Elbigenalp. Since the new bridge was built, he has stood on the banks of the Bacher and watches over the floods of the flood-threatening Lech (August 23, 2005 will be remembered as the flood of the century).

There used to be a small chapel here. In the course of the land consolidation, this small round chapel with the interior of the representation of the Visitation of the Virgin by Ernst Degn and a sgraffito of St. Magnus erected on the round tower.

The “cemetery”, which was laid out in 1900, is a collection of several martyrs for victims at the entrance to the Madautal. For the small chapel built in 1977 in honor of St. Anthony of Padua established a way of the cross. Bach's schoolchildren visit this place around June 13th.
