The chapel was built in 1635 and expanded and redesigned in 1757. The frescoes inside were created around 1760; the picture of St. Sebastian with Mary with child at the altar comes from the beginning of the 18th century.

The Way of the Cross on the way to the Lourdes Chapel was built at the beginning of the 20th century. It consists of brick pillars with a niche top and a saddle roof, in the niches there are pictures of the Stations of the Cross painted in oil on sheet metal.

The Gothic chapel with a steep gable roof, polygonal end, ogival wall openings with tracery and facade turrets with a curved pointed spire was built in 1902. The interior has a rib vault and decorative painting.

The middle-floor house built around 1700 is typical of the Tannheimer Tal . It was rebuilt around 1813 and 1893 and provided with a transverse gable and a new stable extension.

The parish was first mentioned in documents in 1377, and a Gothic church was consecrated in 1507, which was replaced by a new baroque building based on plans by Andreas Hafenegger from 1722–1729 . The mighty nave is joined by semi-circular, quehouse-like additions and a high, drawn-in arched choir with a surrounding, ground-level sacristy and chapel annex. The four-bay interior is structured with pilasters decorated with pilasters and covered with a shallow barrel. The two-bay choir is barrel-vaulted with stitch caps. The frescoes were created by Joseph Keller in 1804 and by Johann Kärle in 1895 .

The Andreas Hofer monument consists of an irregular natural stone plinth on which a mighty bronze eagle crouches with outspread wings and holds a bronze honor wreath (laurel wreath) in its griffins. A bronze relief plate depicting Andreas Hofer is attached below. To the left of this are the years 1809, 1959 and 1984, and on a second natural stone the years 1809–1909. The monument was unveiled on August 15, 1909 on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Tyrolean uprising .

To “ remember the drainage of the upper Tannheimer valley and the regulation of the Berger-Ache ” in the years 1948-1958, a wooden cross was erected in 1958 on a stone base in a stone circle.
