The Wallnerhaus is a late Gothic, two-storey tradesman's house built around 1500 under a hipped roof. The late Gothic fan plaster on the facade is well preserved. Large facade elements from the construction period are arched gates, finely profiled stone window frames and wrought-iron plug-in grilles in front of the window openings on the ground floor. There are rooms with vaulted shapes on both floors, but the late Gothic ribbed vaults with ornamental plaster ridges in the representative ground floor hall and in the room above on the first floor are particularly noteworthy. In 1994/95 the building was transformed into a municipal office by the team of architects Justin - Keckstein.
