The chapel northwest of the village on the way into Mallnitz Valley is a rather large building from 1732, with a wooden roof turret, a transverse rectangular retracted choir and an attached holy grave. A painted view of Jerusalem can be seen on the end of the choir wall, in front of which is a sculptural crucifixion group from the 18th century. Along the way to the Kalvarienbergkapelle there are stations of the cross with folk paintings from the 18th century.

The cemetery is surrounded by a former defensive wall from the 15th century, in which openings for the beams of the battlement can still be seen. At the southeast corner is a round tower. Burial niches and aedicules were inserted into the wall. The grave monument for Carl Gussenbauer comes from Josef Kassin.

The "long house" is a two-storey building that is essentially late medieval. The remarkable façade of the square has a late Gothic beveled, Baroque-style round arch portal with stucco rocailles in the blown carnelian arch. On the east side of the Labn there are two late Gothic stone door frames. On the first floor, a stucco ceiling with bandwork decor from the first half of the 18th century has been preserved.

The trade headquarters from the 15th / 16th centuries that was formerly part of the Trabuschgen court. Century was the office of the chief administrator. A pharmacy was housed in the house, which was baroque in 1716, until 1999. The complex consists of a front building facing the square and three narrow side wings, which are grouped around a rectangular inner courtyard. The north and east façades of the main wing are adorned with delicately profiled plaster decor, cordon cornices and rectangular window frames on the first floor. The arched portal with a mask on the keystone is marked 1716 . The ground floor labn leading from the northern street facade into the courtyard is a late Gothic single-pillar room with a fan-shaped barrel vault from the 16th century. Another late Gothic single-pillar room is located in the southern corner of the east wing.

The parsonage is a mighty building with a late Gothic core. One room has a wooden beam ceiling with ornamental carvings from the 16th century. A defense tower mentioned in 1380 is built into the northeast corner of the building.

The core of the three-storey building dates from the 16th century and was expanded in 1716. The seven-axis south-east facade has a pillar-flanked arched portal over which there is a coat of arms (Stampfer von Walchenberg). The entrance is arched in a late Gothic style. The rooms have stucco ceilings from the 18th century; in the great hall on the second floor is a ceiling painting by JF Fromiller. The oval chapel has illusionistic wall paintings by Anton Zoller and an altarpiece Coronation Mariae by JF Fromiller.

The early Gothic residential and defense tower, first mentioned in a document in the 14th century, stands on the eastern outskirts of Obervellach. The four-storey tower with a square floor plan has a wall thickness of 180 cm. On the first floor there is still a semicircular gate, on the third floor there are still remains of a fireplace and seating niche windows.

The cemetery in the northwest of the church is the only fortified cemetery in Carinthia. The wrought iron grille of the south portal is marked 1764 . On the north side, five baroque stone figures (St. Florian, Sebastian, Johannes Nepomuk and two female penitents) from the 18th century are placed in niches of private tombs, which come from the former Marienbrunnen.

The large late Gothic church with a high nave with a transept-like extended eastern yoke and a three-bay choir was built around 1500. To the north of the choir is the mighty seven-storey tower with an eight-sided pointed helmet. The large three-axis high altar with sacrificial portals is from 1780. The three-paneled altar by Jan van Scorel in the north chapel is remarkable .

On a rocky ridge high above the valley are the ruins of a castle from the 12th to 15th centuries, which fell into decay in the 17th century. The square keep from the 13th century is still up to 16 meters high.

200 meters below Oberfalkenstein, this Vorwerk has been located since the 14th century, which originally consisted of just a tower. Decayed in the 17th century, it was expanded as a castle in historicizing forms at the beginning of the 20th century and restored after a fire in 1969.

The medium-sized late Gothic church has a high nave from the beginning of the 16th century and a retracted choir from 1476. To the north of the choir is the Gothic tower, to the north of the nave is a crypt chapel from the 18th century with dome paintings by JF Fromiller. The high altar with sculptural column architecture and sacrificial portals is marked 1753 .

The Palas is a stately three-storey building from the last third of the 15th century, which is surrounded by battlements and defensive towers and connected to the five-storey Romanesque keep by a wooden bridge.

The late Gothic church with choir and north tower was built using a Romanesque predecessor (opus spicatum masonry in the nave) and later changed to Baroque style. The high altar with sacrificial portals is remarkable, dating from around 1680.
